My name is Mark Sauer and I’m the founder of AllOneWealth – a Conscious Investing wealth management firm which melds the words of wealth creation and social responsibility.

I became an investment advisor 12 years ago and soon noticed the misalignment of investors’ values and their asset allocation. Initially I sought out a strategy that I could adopt to serve my clients – one that could synergize a socially conscious approach to investing while providing a competitive return-on-investment. However, the methodologies I found often performed poorly or seemed more like virtue signaling than creating meaningful impact.

Over the years I’ve refined my own methodology which I call “Conscious Investing”. Through its evolution I’ve realized how investing can be a vehicle for advancing society when we recognize the powerful connection between company strategy, social purpose, and economic value. We’re familiar with the phrase “vote with your dollars” but what about voting with your shareholder dollars?

Research supports that companies who operate more mindfully outperform their peers. They encounter fewer regulatory issues – environmentally, socially, and in their corporate governance. They have a happier and more productive work force who are therefore more inspired to come up with innovative ideas. All of this, ultimately, translates to a better bottom line – they make more money – and therefore, create more economic value for their investors.

In 2019 I launched AllOneWealth with the mission of outperforming traditional investing benchmarks for individuals, families and institutions through investing in the responsible, innovative & mission driven companies of tomorrow.
